Want to cancel your order?
If you purchased a standard product from Jonna Freya online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
You can use the form below to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Your right of withdrawal also applies if your order has already been shipped or delivered. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the shipment where reasonably possible. If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you can return the product after notifying us of your withdrawal.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you generally have another 14 days to return the product.
This right does not apply to clearly personalised or custom-made products, such as commissioned artwork, unless otherwise required by law.

What happens next?
Once you submit this form, your withdrawal is recorded.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the shipment where reasonably possible and arrange your refund.
If your order has already been shipped or delivered, you can return the product to us within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Please follow the return instructions in our Returns & Refund Policy.
We will refund the amount due in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. This includes the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment where required by law. The direct cost of returning the product is generally your responsibility, provided you were informed of this before purchase.
You will receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email.
If you have already received your order, please do not send it back before notifying us of your withdrawal.
