I currently ship orders within the Netherlands as standard. Orders are carefully packed to make sure your artwork arrives safely.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipping costs
Orders under €50: €4.95
Orders of €50 or more: free shipping
The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout.
Prints
Prints are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–5 business days after your order has been received.
Original paintings
Original paintings are carefully packed to protect them during transport. Depending on the size and value of the artwork, original paintings may be sent with tracking and/or additional insurance.
You will receive shipping information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing time and delivery time are not the same. The 2–5 business day timeframe for prints refers to the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order. The actual delivery time depends on the carrier.
International shipping
For now, I’m only able to ship within the Netherlands.
The packaging regulations introduced this summer are unfortunately quite extensive, especially for a small business like mine. They come with a lot of additional administration and requirements around packaging materials, and at this point I’m not able to meet all of those requirements for international shipping.
I honestly think it’s such a shame, because I would love to be able to send my work to you wherever you are in the EU. I’m hoping to find a solution in the future that makes this possible again.

Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at info@jonnafreya.com, preferably with photographs of the packaging and the artwork, so I can help resolve the issue.
